Episode 11 – Garrett Boorojian and Larry Harris discuss relationship building in a team environment.
Larry is the Assistant General Manager and Director of Player Personnel of the NBA’s Golden State Warriors. Previously, Larry was the General Manager of the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks.
Larry talked to Garrett about what relationship building means to him, the positive influence his father, Basketball Hall of Famer Del Harris, and other NBA head coaches and executives have had on Larry’s life as Larry has climbed the professional ladder in the NBA to become one of the top Assistant GMs in the NBA, the impacts of the Golden State Warriors’ leadership and culture in their locker room that have helped lead the franchise to four NBA Championships and six NBA Finals’ appearances in total since 2015, and how much the NBA has reached new heights of globalism, especially in African and Asian countries, from a humanitarian perspective and for the identification of talent from those parts of the world.
