Brittany’s passion for family-first leadership was sparked by her own story as a mom and military spouse to a now-retired Air Force One pilot. Their fierce pursuit of career growth left them on the brink of divorce in 2019, until they discovered the power of transformational work not just in transforming their family—but their leadership in every sphere of their lives.
Brittany is a certified transformational coach, LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitator, Narrative Intelligence practitioner (Level II), and CliftonStrengths strategist whose 20+ year career began as a journalist covering Capitol Hill to later leading vision and strategy development for major organizations including World Vision, USAID, and the National Cancer Institute.
Brittany is the co-author of the book, Living Room Leadership (2025).
Geoff Anderson
Co-Founder + Managing Partner
Geoff retired in 2024 as one of the elite pilots to fly the President aboard Air Force One. His career included key leadership roles supporting the White House, combat airlift and humanitarian operations in multiple theaters, and training future fighter pilots at the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training Program. His leadership experience in high-stakes environments brings a unique perspective to family development.
He is the co-author of the book, Living Room Leadership (2025).”
