Episode 4 – Garrett Boorojian and James Miller discuss relationship building in a team environment.
At the time of this interview, James was the Associate Head Coach of New Mexico State University. Since then, James has been the Assistant Coach and Associate Head Coach of Mississippi State University, and currently as the Associate Head Coach of Oklahoma State University.
Garrett first met James and his New Mexico Junior College team when Garrett was the play-by-play broadcaster for the NJCAA Region V Tournament in Lubbock, Texas, in 2013. James has two decades of collegiate coaching experience and, as an associate head coach, demonstrates great leadership, team and relationship building skills to become one day a top NCAA Men’s Basketball Division I head coach.
