A five–time Emmy Award winner, Steve is a former ESPN Anchor and, at the time of this interview, was an anchor at KING–TV (NBC) station in Seattle, Washington. Garrett and his former ESPN colleague, Steve, discussed several topics – from Steve’s journey to ESPN to the challenges that stem from the different media outlets’ reporting on the COVID–19 pandemic. Steve also highlighted and talked in detail about a boy named Ari and how a sequence of events associated with Ari impacted Steve’s life and altered his career path.
