Tim Kurkjian’s Professional Background:
- Was a journalist at the Washington Star, Baltimore News–American, The Dallas Morning News, The Baltimore Sun, Sports Illustrated, CNN–SI, and is currently a journalist at ESPN for the past 25 years.
At ESPN:
- Tim has been featured on SportsCenter, Baseball Tonight, Monday Night Baseball, Wednesday Night Baseball, the network’s coverage of the Little League World Series, and in ESPN The Magazine and ESPN.com.
In 2022:
- The Baseball Hall of Fame honored Tim with the Baseball Writers’ Association of America Career Excellence Award. Tim and his fellow recipients are recognized “for meritorious contributions to baseball writing.”
